This situation has been caused by the arrival of the new director Flowers Shoshi. UKT has become an open door for friends, relatives and close people from Shkodra and Mirdita. The departures of the old staff are happening quietly, while the places are filled with new names who have only one strong “CV”: the area they come from.

Employees with many years of experience are leaving and being transferred, and in their place, we are appointing people with no connection to the system, but with strong ties to the leaders.

You know what the biggest irony is in the UKT offices, “you don’t need to know how the water network works, it’s enough to know the way to Shkodra or Mirdita.”
