US President Donald Trump said Iran should “go back to the negotiating table and make a deal” after its missile attacks on Israel.
“This certainly won’t help the negotiations,” Trump told Fox News.
“We are very close. I would say that an agreement would be signed on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. And now this is happening,” he said.
“You’ve launched your missiles, that’s enough. Go back to the negotiating table and make a deal,” Trump added.
Meanwhile, the president told Axios reporter Barak Ravid that he will call Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and ask him not to attack Iran in retaliation.
Trump also told Fox News that he was “not happy” with Israel’s attacks on Beirut on Sunday./Top Channel
