Marjana Koçeku or “Meomalesorja” has given another symbolic message a day after declaring that she would be an independent MP and no longer part of the socialist parliamentary group.
In a post on social media, Koçek writes:
“Lord, give me strength, right faith, and sure hope. Don’t spare us as a people the spirit of wisdom and understanding, so that we never stray into lost paths.”
Earlier in the day, Koçek posted the protest symbol, the flamingo, which fully explains why she left the SP group in the Assembly, declaring herself an independent MP.
Koçeku, the leader of the SP list in Shkodra in last year’s elections, broke the bombshell news of Edi Rama’s departure yesterday during yesterday’s protest.
Her resignation sparked enthusiasm in protest, but also a storm of accusations from socialist structures on social networks.
