A new wave of changes has swept the State Police, bringing reorganizations to some of the country’s most important local directorates.
Police Chief Skënder Hita has signed a series of new appointments, as part of a process that has been ongoing for months and aims to restructure the management at local police levels.
According to the decisions made public, the changes affect the directorates in Lezha, Durrës, Vlora and Fier, where new leaders have been appointed to head local structures.
Ermal Muça has been appointed in Lezha, while Ervin Hodaj has taken charge in Durres. Edvin Ndreu has been appointed in Vlora, and Erion Ahmeti in Fier.
These moves come within the framework of an internal reorganization and evaluation process of leaders, which aims to strengthen efficiency and increase performance in local State Police structures.
