The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) has submitted 24 arrest warrants to the State Police and Interpol as part of investigations into two important organized crime files, the one known as “Aruba” and the file related to the trafficking of around 50 tons of cocaine.
Meanwhile, the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets has initiated procedures for the appointment of state administrators for nearly 500 assets seized in the framework of these investigations. The assets include businesses, commercial companies, hotels, real estate, bank accounts and other assets of considerable economic value.
