Journalist Artan Hoxha spoke in a television interview about the case of Ervis Martinaj, after his father appeared before SPAK.
“It seems that the waiting time for the Martinaj family is over. Even those promises that were made official, that we will solve the first 100 days, the second 100 days. So this has passed. These are events that happened in August 2022.
The actions are at phase zero because there are no concrete actions. An investigation cannot continue indefinitely, moreover it is a very important event and you have to give an answer to the family members. It is an event that cannot be passed over in the way they want to pass it over. The family has clues but sees that there is no reaction.
It cannot continue that Kurbin’s prosecution is investigating kidnapping and murder and the disappearance of a corpse and SPAK is looking for him. SPAK has moved on to sequestration. Our Prime Minister is not a person who speaks with names of the criminal world, it is not in his style to mention them.
“But the case of Ervis Martinaj is a unique case, he spoke once again about the Çapjat. He moved in armored vehicles, who paid for those three vans… So Ervis Martinaj had become a serious threat,” he said.
