Pensions will be indexed by 2.7 percent from July 1.
This was stated by the Minister of Economy, Delina Ibrahimaj, after the end of the government meeting on Friday.
“We approved the indexation of pensions for 2026. A decision that is returning to the bed it had,” she said.
“During 2022, since we indexed pensions twice, in April and October, it always remained in that month.”
Starting this year, we will index pensions by 2.7%.
All old-age pensions, but also special pensions, or even maternity benefits.
“There are about 900 thousand beneficiaries,” she said.
