The court has remanded in custody the two arrested persons, Nikolla Agolli and David Prifti, accused as suspected perpetrators of the shooting of Brian Syzos a few days ago, following a conflict motivated by revenge. The security measure session lasted two hours, was held behind closed doors and ended in the early hours of this afternoon.
Court sources indicate that during the hearing for the security measure, the perpetrator Nikolla Agolli admitted that there was a momentary conflict between him and Brian Syzos. According to his testimony before the black squads, he stated that he was attacked by Brian and that he shot at him to neutralize him and get him to stop the attack.

“I had the opportunity to kill him and I didn’t,” the author said.
As for the other arrested person, David Prifti, he has stated that he has no connection to the incident. According to the testimony given at the hearing, David stated that he has no hand in this incident.
