Prime Minister Edi Rama, through a post on ‘X’, has reacted to the numerous statements that have been made stating that more reaction is needed from Albania regarding the statement of Serbian Minister Snezhana Paunovic.
“The idea that every person with a public voice, every institution and authority, should react to every idiocy said in Serbian, even by characters who, before saying the idiocy, only their family knew they existed, is an idea that shows how little respect they have for themselves and the country for those who stand up and demand an account of why this or that person does not react!”
We have reacted through the foreign minister, as a self-respecting state does, and whoever asks us to become a hysterical chorus every time a scoundrel appears in Belgrade and speaks nonsense, has confused the address.
“It’s enough to watch the random responders from Tirana, how they find a dead horse to take pictures of warriors on the front line, and you immediately understand why their category deserves only the next pity, while if you wanted to hold your hips with your hand, you should also find time to read them,” Rama writes.
