“I was talking to my mother!” French media provides DETAILS from the arrest of Ermal Beqiri: He was flying illegally over a nuclear power plant, 3 tracking devices were found on him

Businessman Ermal Beqiri has been arrested in France in connection with his involvement in the AKSHI file. According to French media reports, the arrest was carried out on Saturday.

La Journal Du Dimanche reports that an Albanian citizen was caught after flying over a nuclear power plant in Normandy at an altitude below the permitted threshold. His profile has intrigued investigators, who do not rule out espionage.

Further adding that a small civilian aircraft flew abnormally over the Penly nuclear power plant, at an altitude of 1200 meters, when the pilot suddenly lowered the aircraft’s nose to an altitude that was below the legal limit.

“The profile of the suspect, questioned by investigators, raises many questions. Ermal B., an Albanian citizen, is already known to French and Albanian justice for financial fraud, organized group fraud, as well as various illegal activities related to computer piracy. In addition, there is also a search warrant issued against him by the Albanian authorities,” the article further writes.

During the physical search, French law enforcement found three AirTag devices (tracking devices) hidden in his clothes, devices which are used to locate and track people or objects they carry.

When questioned by investigators, he reportedly told them he was on the phone with his mother when he flew over the nuclear power plant. The media outlet also reported that his flight plan had also changed. He had taken off from the small town of Albert, flown to Calais, then over Brittany, and ended up flying over the Penly nuclear power plant.
