As promised, our media continues to uncover the scandals in the Lushnja Mortgage, when the latter was headed by Saimir Korreshi, currently a member of parliament from the Democratic Party. In a complaint addressed this year to the State Cadastral Agency, it is revealed that Korreshi signed several Property Certificates in 2010 that, after verification, turned out to be forged. More precisely, on the eve of the election, the Democratic Party, led by Saimir Korreshi, has been luring the citizens of Lushnja by distributing certificates that are not based on legal practices. Below you will also have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the paradoxical documentation where citizen PB from Kolonja mortgaged a 250 square meter plot of land from Korreshi in 2010, but this year, while waiting for legalization, it turned out that the Property Certificate was invalid. Under these circumstances, and perhaps aware that he was a victim of the DP’s deception in Lushnje, PB has renounced the mortgage that Saimir Korreshi made to him and has acknowledged that the land on which he built belongs to the state.

“During the study of the file by the relevant legal specialist in the legalization sector, it was found that the property title is missing in the property registration No. 5/165 and for this reason the applicant was asked to draw up a notarial statement with the notary stating that he wanted to continue the legalization on state land and renounce the previous registration carried out with reference number 00002178” – it is said about the case in question. So, a citizen has presented himself to the ASHK this year to legalize the construction with a property certificate issued by Saimir Korreshi 16 years ago and the specialists have seen that this certificate was obtained in a strange way: Without having the property title in the registration practice. What remains strange is the silence of the State Cadastre Agency. In the same documentation that we have, dozens of similar cases bearing the signature of Saimir Korreshi are mentioned. The denunciation even draws the attention of the ASHK, which requests the criminal referral of these cases to the prosecution body.
“You as the Agency have the obligation arising from the implementation of Article 281 of the Criminal Procedure Code to report the case to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier or to SPAK in Tirana, for officials or ordinary citizens, on suspicions that they have committed one or several criminal offenses such as Forgery of documents, Fraud, Abuse of office, Laundering of the proceeds of a criminal offense” – states the complaint that citizen LS has filed with the ASHK.
According to the testimony, dozens of cases like that of citizen PB in Kolonjë have also brought social consequences. The issuance of the ownership certificate by the former head of the Lushnja Mortgage, Saimir Korreshi, clearly appears to have been carried out in violation of the legislation of the time, as the accompanying documentation did not comply with legal obligations.
“These cases have led to ongoing disputes between citizens, mainly between the one who mortgaged it and was deceived by Korreshi and the buyer of the property who later turned out to have purchased a land with falsified documentation” – the testimony states. With the hope that bodies such as SPAK or the Fier Prosecutor’s Office will seriously investigate the activities of Saimir Korreshi as the former director of the ZVRPP Lushnje, our media promises that it will not stop publishing the denunciations of citizens
