A citizen from Elbasan has addressed the JOQ Albania editorial office with an alarming message regarding a serious event that, according to her, occurred today near the municipality area.
According to her testimony, two children who were in the company of their grandparents were taken by several people while they were playing and running in the area.
The citizen states that the children’s grandparents tried to run after the people who took them, but were unable to stop them due to their advanced age.
She says that the situation created great panic in the area and that is why she was unable to film or photograph the moment of the event.
So far, there has been no official reaction from the authorities regarding this claim, while the case remains to be verified by the relevant institutions.

Hello! Please make an announcement. Today in the city center of Elbasan, at the Municipality, two children were kidnapped who were running and were with their grandparents. The grandparents ran, asked for help. They notified the police but it would be useful if you posted it, because you have solved many such cases. Thank you!
