SPAK, in its official announcement on the arrest of businessman Ermal Beqiri in France, who is internationally wanted for the AKSH affair, has also revealed assets worth millions of euros, from bank accounts to real estate that he possesses in the French state where he was arrested.
According to SPAK, Beqiri has purchased a castle in Oise, France for 2.6 million euros. The photos show views of the castle, from inside and outside. The castle is located in the municipality of Berneuil-en-Bray, in the Oise department, about an hour from Paris. The complex is surrounded by a park and a protective fence, while the facades and roofs enjoy the status of a historical monument protected by the French state.
Ermal Beqiri was also found to have over 2 million euros in his bank account, 2 apartments and several motor vehicles. He was arrested in France while flying a plane over a nuclear power plant. SPAK, in its official response, stressed that these discovered assets will be seized.
