A fire has broken out in a building on Transbalkanike Street in Vlora, involving an apartment on the third floor.
The flames and thick smoke alerted the residents of the building, who immediately left their apartments due to the danger.
After the notification, fire service forces headed to the scene, working to isolate and extinguish the flames.
