The victim, 24-year-old Albanian Nurjan Dalipaj (pictured) died from at least three stab wounds to the neck. His 27-year-old brother was also stabbed in the abdomen with the same weapon. He was taken to hospital in serious condition but has since escaped.
A 24-year-old Albanian, Nurjan Dalipaj, died after being stabbed during a fight in Viale Italia, in Vescovato, in the province of Cremona. His 27-year-old brother was also stabbed in the stomach with the same weapon: he was hospitalized in serious condition, but his life is not in danger.
The murder suspect was injured in the scuffle and was taken to the Maggiore Hospital in Cremona, where he is being kept under observation.
The victim is suspected of being stabbed at least three times in the neck by a 32-year-old Italian man with no criminal record. According to initial investigations, the bloody fight took place in a bar in Cremona, over a matter of passion. The motive appears to have stemmed from a previous relationship between the victim’s ex-partner and the suspected killer.
According to the reconstruction, before the fatal stabbing, there was an argument between the Albanian and the 32-year-old—who lives in Vescovato—in a bar in Cremona. The Albanian returned home and, with his brother, arrived in Vescovato, heading for the 32-year-old’s house. The Italian ran out into the street with a knife in his hand, first stabbing the victim’s brother and then attacking the 24-year-old.
The 24-year-old suffered at least three stab wounds to the throat during the fight. He was taken to Cremona hospital in critical condition and died a few hours after arriving at the emergency room./Mapo.al/
