The Special Court approves the measure of “prison arrest” for Renardo Nallbani, who was arrested two days ago in Palasa, after more than two years of being wanted by SPAK.
The prosecutor in the case, Dritan Prençi, requested from the first instance of the judiciary to leave in force the arrest measure previously issued against Nallban, as he is suspected of having committed 3 criminal offenses.
Although Renardo’s lawyer offered financial guarantees in exchange for a more lenient sentence, it was not taken into account by the court.
The latter was wanted for the Tirana incinerator case, a faction that went to trial a few weeks ago in the Special Court.
