Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted again after Albania ranked first in the world in the National Cyber Security Index (NCSI), with a score of 98.33 points.
Through a post on social media, Rama responded to critics who have questioned this assessment, emphasizing that the ranking is based on an international methodology and is not the result of propaganda.
The Prime Minister argues that the assessment was made on indicators related to the legal framework, institutional capacities and prevention mechanisms in the field of cybersecurity.
Rama has used harsh language towards his opponents, calling some of them “trolls” and mocking the negative reactions following the publication of the rankings.
Grandmother from Italy kidnapped her 10-day-old granddaughter from the hospital and tried to escape/ She suffers badly from the police
Former Syrian leader Assad is passing the time with video games/ He was convicted of war crimes in Syria
Orikum residents rise up in protest, demand municipal status! Meta: I fully support them, the merger with Vlora is a total failure!
“In fact, the ranking in the National Cyber Security Index is not made by a crow, a raven, or a troll. It is determined by an international methodology, with 98.33 points,” Rama writes.
He adds that criticism cannot change the result published in the index, describing Albania’s ranking as an important achievement.
According to the Prime Minister, the progress in this classification shows the change in Albania’s situation in the field of cybersecurity, arguing that the country has moved up significantly compared to previous years.
At the end of the reaction, Rama once again ironized his political opponents and critics, saying that their reactions, regardless of whether they are positive or negative, have served to increase attention to the news.
“Albania rose to the top where until not many years ago it was at the bottom,” Rama writes, describing the ranking as an important achievement for the country.
