RENEA landed this evening in Vlora and organized an action aimed at arresting Inez Hajrulla, wanted by SPAK for murder and criminal group.
Sources said that, despite checks in the Uji i Ftohtë area, known as Hajrulla’s base, it was not possible to arrest him.
Hajrulla, who took over the leadership of the criminal group after the murder of Edison Arizaj, known as Edison Faqeddjeguri, is accused of the murder of Gentian Qarri, known as Gecja, on February 6, 2021.
Qarri is the cousin of Fatmir Hyseni, known as Doqja, who is suspected of involvement in the assassination attempt on Edison Faqedjegur.
Hajrulla is suspected of executing Qarri in revenge, as he considers Doqje an opponent.
He is also accused of creating the conditions to commit the murder of Bledar Bircaj. Hajrulla has survived several assassination attempts and is wanted along with his friend, Ervis Matodoshaj.
In total, SPAK signed seven arrest warrants when it opened investigations into Inez Hajrulla’s group.
