The former President of the Court of Vlora, Skënder Haluci, passed away suddenly at the age of 64, during a morning today, while he was vacationing with his family in the mountains of Tropoja.
According to reports, Haluc had told his family that he was not feeling well, and a few minutes later he was found without signs of life.
His sudden death has shocked his family, relatives, and the legal community.
Skënder Haluci has a long career in the Albanian justice system, where, among other things, he served as president of the Vlora Court, while he had previously been removed from the vetting process.
