The National Bureau of Investigation (BKH) has opened a call for applications for 40 investigator positions. Interested candidates have until September 14, 2026, 4:00 PM to apply.
According to the announcement, applicants must meet a number of criteria, while the competition process will take place in several stages, including cognitive, physical and professional testing, as well as a structured interview.
The selection process will involve several stages. Candidates will first undergo cognitive, behavioral, and logical reasoning testing. Then, a physical ability test will be conducted, followed by an extended written test and a structured interview.
Who can apply?
Candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Be an Albanian citizen
* Have higher education in police, law, accounting or higher education in other branches related to the mission of the BKH
* Have more than 1 year of work experience in law enforcement institutions or in a field related to the mission of the BKH
* Meet the conditions of integrity, security, wealth and image
The competition process includes:
Cognitive, behavioral and logical reasoning test
Physical ability testing
Extended written test
Structured interview
Polygraph and asset, image and security checks, medical and psychological screening (although not scored, they are mandatory)
