The perpetrator is said to have been arrested by the police after verifying the cameras in the area where the injury occurred.
The 30-year-old is reported to be in serious condition and is currently in the operating room, where he is receiving the necessary medical assistance from doctors.
Police forces are also present at the hospital premises, who have launched investigations to verify and clarify the circumstances of the incident.
