Egzon Bytyqi is suspected of shooting his pregnant wife, Jetlira Foniqi, in the head.

He has lived in Germany for seven years, while he and Jetlira have been married for a year and a half. After the marriage, Jetlira moved between the two countries.
According to initial suspicions, the couple had been having conflicts recently. The victim’s family says they were unaware of it.
Police said that claims that the suspect had mental health problems have not yet been confirmed. Jetlira Foniqi was buried in her hometown of Llozica this afternoon.
