TIRANA – Kastriot Haskaj and Ertis Shehu have been arrested by the State Police on behalf of the Fier Prosecution Office in connection with a case of forgery of property documents in Seman.
Haskaj and Shehu had been under investigation for months, while the arrest warrants were executed this evening. Haskaj is known as the owner of the “Moncafe” coffee line and the hotel with the same name in the city of Vlora. While Ertis Shehu is the former head of the Cadastre, ASHK.
