Journalist Elton Qyno has made strong statements on the podcast “MaShqip me Flamur Vezaj” about the Belinda Balluku-Igli Tare case, claiming that Tare has admitted to prosecutors an extramarital affair with the Deputy Prime Minister and has also provided explanations for the use of a villa.
During the conversation with journalist Artan Hoxha and podcast author Flamur Vezaj, Qyno said that Igli Tare admitted to the prosecutor’s office the relationship with Balluku and was asked about a villa that, according to him, was left for the use of the deputy prime minister. According to Qyno, Tare claimed that a lease contract had been made for this property with another girl.
But the journalist said that the story does not end with this villa. “We have another villa again,” declared Qyno, claiming that this property is also linked to Igli Tara’s name and that it was given to Belinda Balluku for use.
Precisely for this element, Qyno argued that SPAK should deepen the investigations and went so far as to request the assignment of another security measure against Balluk. This is the journalist’s position expressed in the show and not a decision or finding of SPAK. Qyno also placed the entire story in the context of what he described as a war between two clans within the Socialist Party, which, according to him, has now come out in the open.
For the journalist, the political responsibility for the power created by these groups goes to Prime Minister Edi Rama, since, according to his argument, it is Rama himself who has given power to the people who are today at the center of clashes and investigations.
During the show, Flamur Vezaj raised another question: is it just a coincidence that immediately after the alleged Balluku-Tara story came out in public, the file with the communications between the former head of SHISH, Vlora Hyseni, and Ergys Agas also exploded? “When this part of Igli Tare with Belinda Balluku came out, right after it, Vlora Hyseni came out with Ergys Agas. Is this a coincidence?”, was the question raised during “MaShqip”.
Qyno linked this development to clashes within the majority, while Artan Hoxha commented more broadly on the relationships between politics, security institutions, SPAK, and the characters who have appeared in recent files. MASHQIP.com
