After statements made on News24 by journalist Almer Toska that he had received threats from Igli Tara’s brother, while the case ended with two police reports, comes the live confrontation with Agron Tara.
Invited to the show ‘Minuta e perë’, Igli Tara’s brother, who is being investigated for the Balluk case, denied the accusations made by journalist Toska, while addressing several accusations to the latter.
Tare said that Toska lied about his statements, while adding that he has no connection with Belinda Balluku. “My brother is being put on trial by the people,” Tare declared, demanding that the accusations be examined through legal channels and not through televised debates.
“I called him, like every journalist before. I told him; listen to my version or Igli’s, and then decide what you want. I said; what right do my parents have to listen to this? He said; Next week Igli Tare will be arrested.
But these people need to be silenced. But this harms Igli. He is a figure that politics harms. Igli Tare has become an emblem, because the name sells.

On the other hand, journalist Almer Toska reacted with strong accusations, stating that issues related to the Tare family and the persons mentioned in the investigations should be reviewed by the justice authorities.
In the confrontation with Agron Taren, he addressed him with the words: “You are both destined for prison.”
Toska also raised concerns about the safety of journalists in Albania, claiming that various journalists have been threatened due to their reporting.
The journalist continued with his allegations about issues that, according to statements in the studio, are related to Isa Tara and Igli Tara. He also mentioned an appearance by Agron Tara at SPAK on May 19, where, according to him, he was questioned for about 35 minutes regarding allegations of concealment of evidence and communications.
“I have come to show who Agron Tare is, his father Isa Tare and Igli Tare. Isa Tare, the person who gave false testimony in the ‘Partizani’ case, does not appear at the GJKKO to testify because he claims to be demented. Igli Tare has two villas that are currently seized and the GJKKO has not returned them to him after the request. Igli Tare was harassed by Belinda Balluku. On May 19 of this year, Agron Tare was at SPAK, questioned about hiding evidence and communications for 35 minutes.
“This person in front of me has threatened my life, it is a direct threat from Belinda Balluku. I will talk to the prosecutor’s office about this, it is something very serious. We are living in a criminal state because the end is coming for this corrupt clique led by Belinda Balluku. Agron Tare has had close ties with Balluku since his early youth.
