The protest, organized by residents and persons claiming ownership rights over the land in question, has been accompanied by incidents that have raised numerous concerns about the way the situation is being managed and the respect for citizens\u2019 rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through videos published on social networks, physical clashes were reported between protesters and several civilians, who were not wearing official uniforms. The images showed moments of tension, where a protester who had lost consciousness was dragged during the conflict. According to information reported by various media sources, the person identified as the author of this action is Geraldo Bina. These images caused numerous reactions in public opinion and sparked debate on the use of force against protesters.<\/span><\/p>\n

The incident also attracted the attention of public figures. Mateo Borri reacted on social media by posting footage of the incident and expressing his indignation with the words: \u201cShame! Shame! Shame!\u201d His reaction was widely shared and commented on by many followers, making the issue even more controversial.<\/span><\/p>\n

Following the incident, the Vlora Police issued an official statement stating that a protester with the initials ES had forced his way onto the construction site and was escorted by private security guards, during which he had suffered physical injuries. However, this version of events was later corrected by the General Directorate of the State Police, which clarified that the citizen had not forced his way onto the construction site and publicly apologized for the incorrect information disseminated.<\/span><\/p>\n

In its statement, the State Police emphasized that public trust is one of the most important values \u200b\u200bof the institution and that any incorrect information that violates this trust is unacceptable. As a result of this situation and the publication of incorrect data, the director of the Vlora Police, Elidon \u00c7ela, was immediately suspended from duty.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, regarding the ownership conflict, the State Police has announced that the fenced area turns out to be private property with regular legal documentation. The authorities have emphasized that any dispute over ownership must be resolved through legal procedures and competent judicial institutions.
