Since Friday, a three-day heat wave has begun in Albania, with temperatures reaching up to 40°C.
Only from Tuesday of next week is a decrease in temperatures expected throughout the country, accompanied by increased cloudiness in the southeast, where there may be short-term rain showers.
As meteorologist Tanja Porja reports, the weather will continue to be dominated by clear skies, especially along the coastline. Minimum temperatures will drop to 17°C in mountainous areas, while on the coast they will not fall below 25°C.
Cloudiness will be temporary in the southeast and more stable in the eastern areas. Only in the first days of July is a cooling of the weather expected, accompanied by a drop of about 3 degrees in temperatures.
It will be cloudy on Sunday and Monday, but the chance of precipitation remains almost zero.
