A wide-ranging SPAK operation has hit the State Cadastral Agency in Durrës, targeting an extensive network of officials, former officials and private individuals, accused of alienating property through forged documents.
The court has issued a total of 12 security measures, which include “Prison Arrest”, “House Arrest” and “Obligation to Report to the Judicial Police”.
The action has made it possible to execute these measures against individuals suspected of having collaborated to illegally transfer large areas of state land into the hands of private individuals.
