Skënder Hita was fired! The former police officer makes a strong move

Former State Police officer, Uljan Shpataraku, has filed a lawsuit against the institution where he served, opposing the decision to dismiss him from duty.

Shpataraku left the ranks of the State Police in May 2026, by a decision signed by the Director General of the State Police, Skënder Hita. According to the official reasoning, he was dismissed for failing to show up for work.

On the other hand, the data made public shows that during this period Shpataraku was pursuing his master’s studies at the Security Academy.

Through the lawsuit filed in court, the former employee requests verification of the legality of the dismissal decision and his reinstatement.

Uljan Shpataraku was previously known as one of the people close to the former Director General of the State Police, Ilir Proda, during the period when the latter headed the institution.
