The recent death of the husband of MP Elda Hoti has deeply affected his family, friends and all those who knew him. Ladi Ndoja passed away at the age of 46 as a result of cardiac arrest, leaving his mother, brothers, and wife with their two children in endless pain.
Ndoja comes from an influential family in the Rrëshen area, and his funeral will take place tomorrow at noon, from the Cathedral premises.
