Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted to critics on social media after the publication of the news that Albania has been ranked first in the global cybersecurity index. In a post on social media, Rama attacked commentators, calling them like flocks of crows and ravens that pounce on every piece of news.
Rama further emphasizes that the ranking is not determined by comments on social networks, but by the methodology used by the National Cyber Security Index, referring to the result of 98.33 points. Rama states, among other things, that commentators can jump up, but according to him, the table does not change because they vent their anger on their digital mirrors.

A necessary note for the loyal haters and their army of trolls. As soon as I posted the news that Albania came first in the global cybersecurity index, they rushed like flocks of crows and ravens with all sorts of croaks. But if the news was “lies”, “propaganda”, “stupidity”, then why all that great effort with stones and mud? No normal person wastes energy to extinguish a extinguished candle. In fact, the ranking in the National Cyber Security Index is not made by a crow, a raven or a troll.
I put an international methodology, with 98.33 points, measured on the legal framework, institutional capacities and prevention system. My loyal haters can jump up, but the table does not change because they pour anger and saliva on their digital mirrors. It may be painful to be a troll of a country that comes out on top of the world classification precisely in the ability to defend against malicious trolls, but there is no medicine for the pain of haters.
So keep going, strength, every comment of yours is one more click, one more test, and one more smile for me, on this beautiful day of fantastic achievement. True friends and allies who know well what this Global Index is today congratulated me, while the heartless Albanians attacked me. Both sides, in their own way, confirmed the same thing: Albania climbed to the top where until not many years ago it was at the bottom. And this only hurts those who necessarily want it to be at the bottom, and who, due to the anger of their mother-in-law, became the miller’s mat.
