The psychologist gives the surprising answer to Rudina the Magician

Young people seem to be having fewer and fewer sexual relationships. Recent studies show that intimacy among young people has declined significantly. Psychologist Jashar Demiri was invited to the show “Rudina” on Tv Klan to talk about this issue.

He has shown that once intimate relationships were more frequent, while now couples are more distant. He has also shown how often a couple should make love to be healthy. The psychologist has stated that the couple should have sex whenever they feel like it, but twice a year, for him, is too little.

Rudina Magjistari: From your perspective as a specialist, how often should a middle-aged couple have sex to live a healthy life?

Jashar Demiri: This is something individual. There are no set norms. The norm is to do as much as you can, but always feeling a slight hunger, not excess, not oversaturation. The norms are individual. There are couples who do it every night and feel very good, there are couples who do it once a week, that’s their norm.

Rudina Magjistari: What about those who do it once a month, or twice a year?

Jashar Demiri: It’s rare. But the average for young couples is twice a week, or three times a week. The norm is for a person to do it whenever they feel like it, without straining themselves.
