Albanian citizens will be able to travel to Morocco without a visa for short-term stays, following the decision of the Moroccan authorities to lift the visa regime for citizens of the Republic of Albania.
The Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco, accredited to Albania with headquarters in Rome, has notified the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the decision taken by the competent Moroccan authorities.
According to the Ministry, the decision enters into force on August 15, 2026.
The visa waiver applies to Albanian citizens traveling to the Kingdom of Morocco for short-term stays, thus facilitating the movement of Albanian citizens to this country.
