Citizens who are applying for an identity card or passport and who need information or assistance should now contact a new phone number. IdentiTek has announced that Customer Service operates at the number +355 4 451 9999.
The new number will serve for any information related to biometric documents, while Customer Service is open from Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 16:30.
IdentiTek Administrator, Silda Cepe Anagnosti, said that the change is part of the commitment to be closer to citizens and to provide a better quality service.
According to IdentiTek, improving communication channels aims to make obtaining information simpler and more direct for citizens.
