1207 young people have the opportunity to gain their first professional experience and take a step towards employment in public administration.
The 11th call of the National Internship Program is aimed at young people between 21 and 29 years old, who have completed their Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees and wish to develop their professional skills.

Applications are open until August 16, while internships will take place during the period September-December of this year. The positions are offered by state administration institutions and 48 municipalities across the country.
The internship lasts three months and is accompanied by financial compensation in the form of food allowance. Participants will also follow a special training program developed by the Albanian School of Public Administration.

For young participants, the possibility of employment with a one-year contract after completing the internship is also foreseen. The application is made only online, through the official platform of the National Internship Program.
The program aims to create for young people the opportunity to combine academic knowledge with practical experience, helping them build the first steps of a career in public administration. Through engagement with administration professionals, young people will have the opportunity to further develop their professional, academic and personal skills.
