SHËNGJIN – Details from the serious incident that occurred at Rana e Hedhur
It is learned that the 24-year-old who lost his life fell from the boat, was cut by the propeller, and lost his life.
According to the police, at around 16:15, between Rjoll and Rana e Hedhun, in the deep water (navigation area), from a floating rubber boat, it is suspected that one of the three citizens on board accidentally fell from the rubber boat and was seriously injured by the propeller of the rubber boat’s engine.
The Border Police and the Maritime Police Unit, upon receiving the notification, immediately went to the scene.
Citizen Klaus Gjergji, around 24 years old, was immediately transported by Border Police services and then by ambulance to the hospital for medical assistance, but, as a result of the injuries he sustained, he lost his life.
Police are at the scene and are investigating the circumstances of the tragic accident.
