Pressure with int*m*te photos and videos – How Refit Buzi threatened his fiancée in Tirana, before killing her parents and taking her hostage

The massacre that occurred in July 2026 in the village of Vidhisht in Roskovec, where Nertil alias Refit Buzi, killed his former father-in-law, Kosta Plaka, and his former mother-in-law, Belere Plaka, with a shotgun, was a premeditated event and if there had been a little vigilance on the part of the Roskovec Police Station, the incident with 3 victims would have been avoided.

In this crime within the family, the perpetrator Refit Buzi himself killed himself while surrounded by police forces and officers of the RENEA special unit.

Journalist Elton Qyno has learned that before the serious tragedy occurred, the criminal police of Fier and Tirana had received two disturbing complaints from Buzi’s ex-fiancée, the politician Rosalinda Plaka.

In both complaints, she warned of a serious situation and that her ex-fiancé, Refit Buzi, seriously threatened to kill her.
“…I will kill you if you break up with me…” and “…you will not live a single peaceful day if I see you with someone else…”.

Refit Buzi also tried to forcefully and with threats send her to the hotel. After telling her about her brother’s incident, according to the complaint, Refit Buzi also threatened her with the words: “…I won’t leave my sister alone…”.

According to the investigative file, following the complaint filed with the Tirana police by Rozalinda Plaka, the blue uniforms arrested Refit Buzi in November 2025. He was remanded in custody on charges of “Threat” and “Stalking”.

Although he appealed the decision, requesting a milder security measure such as “house arrest” or “compulsory appearance”, the Tirana Court of Appeal did not grant Buzi’s wish. On December 22, 2025, it decided to approve the decision of the Court of First Instance, leaving him in the security measure of “prison arrest”.

It is not yet known under what circumstances Refit Buzi was released from prison, but there are indications and data that a judge at the Tirana court has changed his security measure, releasing him from prison.

According to the investigative file provided by journalist Elton Qyno, the incident was recorded on November 17, 2025, at around 7:00 PM, after the operations room received a notification that a citizen who was on “Bajram Curri” Boulevard was seeking police assistance after being threatened with a gun by her ex-boyfriend, Refit Buzi.

The police immediately assessed the complaint and managed to locate and arrest Refit Buzin. However, at the time of the arrest, this person told the police that it was a toy pistol.
An examination of the scene revealed that on the Tirana – Elbasan highway, just after the tunnel ends, near the first exit, a damaged and disassembled plastic object was found, apparently a weapon.

Regarding the investigation into the incident, Rosalinda Plaka was questioned in her capacity as a person with knowledge of the criminal offense and in her report, she stated that her ex-fiancé, Refit Buzi, constantly stalks and threatens her, creating a state of anxiety, uncertainty and fear.

According to her, 2 months ago this person opened a fake address with their photos and threatened her to contact him or he would degenerate her.

She agreed to meet and when they met, he put her in the car, threatening her with the words: “…I will kill you if you leave me…” and “…you will not live a single peaceful day if I see you with someone else…”.

He also tried to forcefully and with threats send her to the hotel. After telling her about her brother’s incident, Refit Buzi also threatened her with the words “..I won’t leave my sister alone…”.

Subsequently, Refit Buzi sent her intimate videos accompanied by the threat of publishing them on social networks. Every day he sends her offensive and threatening messages, making her feel insecure about her life.

Meanwhile, on November 16, 2025, while she was drinking coffee with her sister-in-law at the bar where her brother works, Refit Buzi also went there, who in a threatening tone said to her: “…if you don’t come to meet me, I will do the extreme in the bar…”.

Her brother asked her to leave, but in his presence he threatened her that she would not have a single quiet day and that if she denounced him when he got out of prison, he would kill her.

Rosalinda also informed Refit Buzi’s family about the situation, who told her that they were unaware that he was in Tirana, as he had told them for almost 15 days that he was going to Kosovo.

They asked her not to file a complaint because they would talk to her so that she would stop bothering them. After this communication with Refit Buzi’s family, the latter called her and threatened to publish nude photos on the internet.

On November 17, 2025, at around 10:30 am, she found her ex-fiancé, Refit Buzi, at the entrance to the palace, who grabbed her by the arm and asked her sister-in-law to leave because he had something to explain.

When he pulled her over, she noticed a gun at his waist. She felt scared because he had previously threatened to shoot her.

Meanwhile, when asked in his capacity as the person under investigation, Refit Buzi stated that he had requested to meet with his ex-fiancée to ask her for an explanation for the reason for the separation after they had been together for eight years.

At this moment, the sister-in-law KK was also questioned in her capacity as a person who had knowledge of the criminal offense, and she stated that on November 17, 2025, at the entrance to the building, they saw Refit Buzi, who addressed her sister-in-law with the words: “…for Malo’s head I will shoot him…”.

Then she grabbed her sister-in-law by the arm and with the other hand lifted her jacket and showed her the gun. Both felt scared and in danger for their lives. Then Refit Buzi pulled her sister-in-law by the arm, while she was screaming and crying, and said to her: “…we will talk quietly, don’t scream because there are people and they are watching us, I will shoot the gun…”.

Rosalindë’s brother was also questioned about this incident and stated that his sister had known Refit Buzi for 8 years, who returned to Albania a year ago. His sister had told him that he threatened her over the phone not to break up and that he was blackmailing her by publishing intimate videos on the internet.

On November 16, 2025, Refit Buzi called him and asked him to meet. If he didn’t go, he would kill himself.
When they met, he saw that he was not mentally well and told him to go to his parents’ house in Fier to calm down.

On November 17, 2025, his sister called him and told him about the incident. Regarding this incident, the police and the Tirana prosecutor’s office have filed 2 charges against Refit Buzi, namely “Stalking” and “Intimidation”.

The prosecutor in the case has described Buzi as a person of high social risk, as the criminal offense for which he is suspected poses a significant social risk.

But despite this, it wasn’t long before Buzi managed to escape from the cell, leading to the murder of both of Rosalind’s parents, her being taken hostage, and then his own murder. ( Syri.net )
