Eduard Kuçi’s rape, police OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT for Jozef Marku, 5 criminal offenses against the singer CLEARED
Excerpt from the interview:

Sidorela: To your knowledge, the five criminal offenses that are aggravating Jozef Marku, what could happen next? Is it likely that he will be released 48 hours after his arrest or will he have to wait for another decision to be made?

Krenare: Of course, after the arrest, those who are in detention and it is expected, if I am not mistaken, tomorrow that the court will issue a decision to assess the case if Jozi is to be released or the measure of detention or house arrest is to be continued. Since there are a total of about five criminal offenses, of course, after a final decision of the Court in Albania, a single sentence can be issued, which according to the principles for determining a single sentence, a general sentence can be given.

Sidorela: What does general punishment mean? What does it risk?

Pride: Each Court, when there are 2-3 criminal offenses that were committed at the same time and in the same place, the court may impose a single sentence by combining all the offenses.

Sidorela: Tell us what you risk, how many years?

Krenare: Depending on the criminal offenses he has committed, for example ‘illegal deprivation of liberty’, according to Article 110 of the Albanian Criminal Code, the punishment may be 3-7 years in prison. Also, ‘unlawful wearing of uniform’ can be punished with up to 5 years in prison. If I am not mistaken, the punishment for the criminal offense ‘intentional minor injury’ can be a fine or imprisonment of up to 2 years. So, these are approximately the minimum and maximum punishments that the Court will be able to impose on Jozi.
