The court hearing against former President Ilir Meta has been postponed.
The reason is the absence of one of the members of the trial panel, who is participating in the extraordinary meeting of judges, called by the head of the Supreme Court, Sokol Sadushi, regarding the blocking of salaries by the Ministry of Finance.
Meanwhile, the sessions at the GJKKO have also been abandoned by lawyers who oppose the new anti-corruption court regulation, which entered into force on September 1.
The next hearing of the CEZ DIA file will take place on September 14th.
