The Morini border crossing has faced a large influx of travelers and vehicles during the month of July.
According to data from the Ministry of Finance, during this month, around 422 thousand passengers and 130 thousand vehicles were processed in Morina, which connects Albania with Kosovo.
In the first five days of August alone, over 90,000 vacationers from Kosovo, including members of the diaspora, entered Albania through Morin.
The largest influx was recorded during the first weekend of the month, with around 50,000 arrivals. The increase in movements is linked to the peak of the summer tourist season, when many Kosovo citizens choose the Albanian coast for their holidays.
