From the first investigative actions, it is suspected that citizen NH had a conflict with citizen IR and, following the conflict, it is suspected that he intended to kill him.
The immediate intervention of the Police services made it possible to prevent a serious criminal event, avoiding the escalation of the conflict and serious consequences for the life of the 38-year-old.
“Following the actions, citizen IR was also criminally prosecuted for “Other intentional damage”, because he punched citizen NH, causing minor bodily harm,” the police statement said.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
