“Maybe I lied”/ Neda Balluku breaks the silence: The untold truth of my marriage

Neda Balluku has made a candid confession on social media, where she has spoken openly about her family life and the image she has created in public over the years.

The former Big Brother VIP Albania 4 opinion piece admits that for a long time she conveyed a perception about her marriage and family that, according to her, did not fully match reality.

In a long post on Instagram, Balluku says that after years of reflection, she realized that the image she was conveying to others was partly her desire to believe that the family she had dreamed of was as she had imagined.

“Maybe I lied. My lies weren’t dark, but they weren’t white either,” she writes.

Balluku explains that she had no intention of deceiving the public, but that she had created a certain perception of her life and relationship, while she herself needed to believe in that reality.

“For years, although in a way that I implied more than I actually showed, I created a false public perception of what my life, my relationship, and my family were like,” she confesses.

She admits that the process of reflection has made her realize that her public image was also a “dream and illusion” of hers, as well as a desire to believe that she had succeeded in creating the family she had dreamed of.

Balluku apologizes to the people who have followed him over the years, emphasizing that communication with the public must be honest.

“I feel strongly, deeply, to apologize. Communication with people should be honest, pure, true,” she says.

She also says that she continues to believe in a healthy family and a sincere partnership between two people who choose each other every day.

“My heart aches for this,” Balluku writes.

In the end, she reveals that she has been facing a new reality in her life for nearly a year and admits that she cannot ask others to know the truth, as it has taken her years to accept and understand it herself.

“How can strangers know my truths when it took me years to accept and understand them myself?!” she concludes.
