The suspected perpetrator of the injury of Vladimir Bruçi has surrendered to the Shkodra police. It is learned that Pjerin Bitani, according to sources, surrendered himself after negotiations with Shkodra officers.
The incident occurred today at around 2:30 p.m., in which citizen Vladimir Bruçi was injured. Bitani and Bruçi had known each other for years and had friendly relations with each other.
Sources close to the investigation indicate that before the incident, there was an argument between the two citizens, which is suspected to have started over issues related to security cameras.
Bitani has a bar and Vladimir Bruçi asked him to remove the security cameras since he has a house there and passes by every day. The suspected perpetrator did not agree and despite their friendship, he ended up injuring Bruçi.
The conflict then escalated, ending with the use of firearms and the injury of Bruç.
The injured man was immediately transported to the Shkodra regional hospital, where he is receiving the necessary medical assistance and is out of danger.
Meanwhile, following the surrender of the suspected perpetrator, the police are continuing procedural actions and investigations to fully document the circumstances of the incident, as well as to clarify the exact motive that led to the conflict between the two citizens.
