A resident of the area said that the 65-year-old worked at the water utility.
While he says he greeted him, the resident says he was going to turn on the water when he was killed.
“I greeted him in passing today. He was going to turn on the water, he was working with the waterworks. He was on his way there but they killed him. He was a man who was never guarded,” said a resident of the area.
