Prime Minister Rama’s official visit has been welcomed in Tokyo, the capital of Japan, where the red and black symbols are present on the city’s main streets, which are decorated with the flags of Albania and Japan, creating a special protocol atmosphere that accompanies high-level meetings.
This visit takes place within the framework of strengthening bilateral relations between Albania and Japan, as well as expanding economic, cultural and diplomatic cooperation between the two countries.
The decoration of Tokyo with Albanian and Japanese flags symbolizes the protocol respect and importance given to relations between the two countries, while the visit includes official meetings with the highest authorities of Japan and important institutional and economic activities.
As part of the official agenda, Prime Minister Rama will be welcomed with a Guard of Honor by the Prime Minister of Japan, Ms. Sanae Takaichi, with whom he will also hold a bilateral meeting focused on strengthening the partnership between the two countries and expanding cooperation in strategic areas.
The Prime Minister will also visit the United Nations University in Tokyo, where he will address participants in a panel discussion titled “Albania’s Path to EU Membership: Japan’s Role”, on Albania’s European integration process, global transformations and the role of youth in sustainable development.
