A serious incident was reported yesterday evening in the city of Shkodra, where several people raped a citizen.
According to media sources, three unidentified men are suspected of ambushing the Shkodra citizen and brutally raping him. The released footage shows the perpetrators approaching his vehicle, opening the door and physically attacking him.
Other citizens intervened at the scene and attempted to stop the conflict, but without success. The intervention of the “Eagle” forces was then necessary, which made it possible to neutralize the situation.
