SPAK has expanded its investigations following evidence-based suspicions of the alienation and extortion of properties in Zvërnec by local crime figures, international mafia figures such as Artur Shehu, lawyers, officials and politicians. As the protests are shaking the 35-year-old political class, the prosecutor in the case, Altin Dumani, is reported to be asking the GJKKO 27 for the first arrests for the destruction of properties in Zvërnec.
At a time when the Zvërnec case has become internationalized and has attracted the attention of the world media and has embittered Babloku, sources for Pamfleti indicate that thousands of hectares of property have also been alienated in Darëzezë, with the aim of building resorts, in some cases with dirty money. Businessmen from different parts of the country, traffickers, realtors and crime figures are now the owners of Darëzezë, once public property.
One of the people part of the group of owners of state properties in Darëzezë, Fier, turns out to be Fiqiret Kovaçi from Kukës, along with several other listed characters, who are planning to build a resort with dubious money. After forging land deeds, once public property, Kovaç’s group is preparing the ground for the destruction of the area for the construction of the resort, but the plan has been temporarily suspended due to fears of SPAK and due to protests that have shaken the system.
According to sources, public properties were alienated with false papers, passing in the names of certain persons, while later businessmen, traffickers, and even judges and prosecutors entered the game, buying the properties for construction. Initially, the ‘ustallarët’ found residents of the area, claimants of the properties. They intervened by providing them with documentation, corrupting agencies, mortgages and when necessary, the prosecutor’s office and the court.
The property mafia then buys the alienated public land from the residents of the area, whom it has made owners, with the aim of building resorts, villas and palaces. This is how hundreds of thousands of hectares of land have been alienated from Velipoja and Ksamil.
Today, the owners of the Albanian coast are several oligarchs close to Edi Rama, the children of Sali Berisha, former ministers, former directors and former deputies, members and leaders of criminal groups, former corrupt judges and prosecutors, money launderers, call center characters, etc./ Taken with the same title from “Pamphlet”
