“Albana Koçiu is my biggest disappointment for me.” This is what Brisida Shehaj said during a television interview, while commenting on the political situation in the country.
The former Tax Director emphasized that she had an early friendship with Koçi, which was not born from politics. But today, since Shehaj is on trial with Prime Minister Rama, Koçi does not speak to her.
Shehaj even adds that many other people don’t even talk to him when they see him on the street, out of “fear” that Prime Minister Rama might find out.
“Edi Rama took the SP precisely to exploit it, to achieve the goals of leading with this field that he brought from the municipality. We saw Balluk, Ogerta. Albana Koçiu is the biggest personal disappointment for me. I had many friends from the beginning, I was not interested in power. And here you understand what you are dealing with. You have a debate with Edi Rama, you have friends and comrades for 20 years, they don’t talk to you anymore. They don’t talk to you on the street, they ask you on the phone how you are doing, not once. There are some brave people, who see you on the street and send you a message later, forgive us because we were on the street.
