SPAK has seized 150 million euros of assets of the criminal group of Eldi Dizdari and Dritan Gjika. These include companies, luxury villas and bank accounts. Four companies are owned by one person, Isa Aliu Aliu Road House with headquarters in several cities, Green Invest in Tirana and Fier (50% of the shares), Seavieu Development with headquarters in Hamallaj and ARH Security in Tirana and Elbasan.

-A part of the multifunctional tourist residential and commercial complex (Porto Lalzi / Lalzi Marina Seaside) in Hamallaj, Lalzi Bay, is seized, according to the agreement between the company Sviluppo Mare 1 and the company Aliu Road House.
-All real rights to real estate acquired by the entities Seaview Development and Aliu Road House through the notarial deed for the construction of the 5-star Zig-zag hotel with over 200 rooms, in Jalë Himara, for which the company Narvalno Group, shpk has undertaken co-financing of 40 percent and the issuance of the construction permit by the AZHT.
-Property rights over immovable property acquired by the entity Altea Construction in the execution of works for the construction of a residential villa complex in the Mjull Bathores area of Tirana, in the project called Astoria Residence
