Prime Minister Edi Rama also reacted at the parliamentary group meeting to the line of cars with protesters from the diaspora who have arrived in the country for this Saturday’s protest at 7:00 PM.
At the closed-door meeting, Rama stated that the convoys of cars coming to Albania for the protest have only drivers on board and that, according to him, everything is being done for media effect and virality.
“I received a video where convoys of cars with only the driver inside are passing through Muriqan. It’s paid, they’re doing it for virality,” the head of government is reported to have said.
